ok, my production DB was empty all of a sudden. applying a backup didnt work, also empty. backup from 2 days ago worked but now data seems to be lost. WTF?! i am a paying pro plan customer. how am i supposed to trust this service in the future if the backup is broken and my data is lost?! please tell me? i am kinda furious atm and i hope you understand... please help, please advise!
