PAID account recovery (lost login access from Github)

I am the owner and sole member of a Pro-plan organization and have lost access to my
account login. This is not a free account — please route accordingly.

The situation

• My Supabase account signs in via GitHub OAuth only (GitHub username willlucas,
  user ID 1832075). I have permanently lost access to that GitHub account, so I cannot
  sign in to the dashboard by any path.
• Because the support portal (supabase.help → dashboard) requires a login, I can't file
  a ticket the normal way, and mail to support from my current address risks being
  triaged as free-tier — hence this post.

Account details for lookup

• Organization: uscolqcpczupbrwwkvpf (name: awlco) — Pro plan + Micro compute add-on
• A project on the account: ughyodvvxwcsjwlixxob (name: 419TOL, region us-east-2, created June 2026)
• Account email: c**********o@gmail.com (I'll provide it in full privately)
• GoTrue ID: b564bfea-aacc-4fb7-83ec-9c1f3795b0d7

What I'm asking for

Either update the account's primary email to my current address, or add my new
account as an Owner of the org — whichever your process prefers.

Proof of ownership — happy to do any or all, privately:

1. Domain verification — one of the accounts consumers/projects is 419tol.com /
   api.419tol.com, which I control. Name any DNS TXT record or well-known file and
   I'll place it within the hour.
2. Live credential control — I hold the org's management API personal access token
   and the project's service-role key; your logs will show authenticated management API
   activity from me today (including a database password reset).
3. Billing records — card statement showing the recurring monthly charges for this
   org (card last-4 and amounts shared privately).
4. Any technical detail about the project an operator would know — schema, auth
   config, cron patterns.

This is the production backend for a live community platform with real members, so I'd
love to resolve this before it becomes an operational incident. What's the best way to
continue this privately with your team? Thank you! 🙏

You need to contact support@supabase.com. Supabase does not monitor GitHub for account issues.

I added to the informal queue. You could already be in the right pro queue as the account group is running over a week we have seen.

I finally got access, after 2 weeks. @GaryAustin1 was helpful on this with getting my account in the right queue.
