Project restricted due to exceeded egress quota

Hello Supabase Team,

My project has been restricted due to exceed_egress_quota.

Project Name: HireMercyAJO

I am on the Free Plan.

I have already identified and fixed the application issue that caused the high egress. The polling frequency has been reduced from every 3 seconds to every 20 seconds, and the excessive requests have stopped.

However, my project is now restricted and my customers cannot log in.

Could you please let me know:

1. Will my project automatically be restored when my billing cycle resets on 27 August?
2. Is there any way to restore service before then?
3. Can you confirm whether the restriction is only due to exceeding the egress quota?

You won't get an answer here to specific info on your project.

But you will not get back in before the 27th unless you upgrade to Pro or support were to give you relief. No idea how long support would take and depending on your violation level they may just say upgrade to Pro for the month at least.

It should restore within 24 to 48 hours of your billing period starting.
