Hi team,

my Free Tier project is stuck in a false 'service restriction' loop after my new month started today. I clicked pause once to try and refresh the stuck billing state, and it locked up the backend containers. I submitted a ticket via the dashboard. Could a moderator please escalate this to help clear the backend lock? Ticket ID: SU-441664.

Clearing restrictions can take 24 to 48 hours.
No one from Github can escalate this.
Support is slower on weekends, but this is a days type thing, not hours.

My project was restricted because I accidently surpassed my quota. The new cycle started over 48 hours ago, and I can see that everything has been reset on my usage summary page, but the restriction still isn't being removed. I just submitted a support ticket, but wanted to check here to see if I'm missing something?
