Locked out of Supabase dashboard — MFA prompt but never enrolled

Hi team, I'm being asked for a 2FA/TOTP code on sign-in to the Supabase dashboard, but I've never enrolled MFA on this account. My GitHub email is info@growingwithgratitude.com.au. This is blocking a production fix for teacher accounts on our education platform. Would really appreciate any help getting MFA reset on my account. Thank you

You will need to submit a support request at support@supabase.com. The account group is very backed up right now so could be a week.
