Unhealthy" after restart — Database/Auth/PostgREST/Realtime/Storage down, 0 replicas, 0% success rate

Since ~2026-08-13 19:44 UTC, our project's Database, PostgREST, Auth, Realtime and Storage services all show "Unhealthy" status with 0 replicas, while Edge Functions remain healthy. This is blocking all user logins (both password and Azure OAuth via /auth/v1/authorize, which times out with a 522 from Cloudflare).

We triggered a project restart via the dashboard, but the issue persisted well beyond the stated "up to 5 minutes" recovery window — status remains Unhealthy with 0% success rate and ~200 errors logged.

We've ruled out: platform-wide outage (status.supabase.com shows all operational), storage/billing quota limits (usage is well within Pro plan limits), and application-level bugs (verified our OAuth login code follows the standard signInWithOAuth flow).

Could you please check the health of the underlying compute/database instance for this project and help restore it?
