My free tier project is totally stuck with error 'Failed to verify backup status before pausing' (Ticket SU-448653). Dashboard restart doesn't work. Can any staff help force reboot it? Thanks!

Will have to wait for Support on this. You should get a ticket back within 8 hours or so telling you you have moved to the infra queue.
