Hey! Looks like this was caused by a temporary issue on Supabase’s side. They had an internal change that broke JWT verification for Dashboard sessions, which is why the login events weren’t being recorded and the permissions weren’t loading properly. The good news is they’ve already reverted the change and fixed the issue. Your actual project and database weren’t affected. |

Since ~2h

I cannot access the Supabase Dashboard. Signing in loops at auth.supabase.io/auth/v1/authorize?provider=github&redirect_to=.../dashboard/sign-in-mfa until ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. The dashboard also shows "Failed to retrieve permissions for your account — JWT failed verification" and "failed to add login event: JWT failed verification".
This is not client-side. I reproduced it on multiple Supabase accounts, on desktop Chrome and on mobile over a different network. Cleared all supabase.com / supabase.io cookies, used incognito, different browsers, /dashboard/sign-out, revoked the GitHub OAuth grant — no change.
This looks related to the open "401 errors due to JWT rejections" incident.
