You have a great initiative. It can change how databases work and set a new trend. Can I call this an AI-based notebook? How does it work? I’d love to know more about your project. |

We're introducing the Explorer! A new unified workspace that consolidates querying your data and chatting with the Assistant. We're looking to replace the SQL Editor with this new Explorer in the long term, but for now it lives alongside the SQL Editor via a feature preview - nothing you're using today is going away 🙂
Notebooks are the first new feature in the Explorer - a single document where you can mix query cells and markdown notes instead of a single query scratchpad. Use them to write run-books, document an incident, or build reusable reports that keeps the query and context together! ✏️📒
You may now give this a go by toggling this through the dashboard's feature preview section which you can access via the user dropdown in the header 🙂 🙏
What we'd like to know from you
Any bugs or issues that you run into while using the Explorer or Notebooks
Whether Notebooks fit into how you already work
Anything missing that's stopping you from using the Explorer instead of the SQL Editor
Any other feedback, good or bad - we're reading everything in this thread! 🙂🙏
Note
This feature preview is being gradually rolled out to users. Don't see it yet? Sit tight, and let us know you're waiting!
