Free plan locked by exceed_storage_size_quota — cannot delete Storage bucket (Auth 402)

Summary

Free-plan project is fully restricted (exceed_storage_size_quota). Auth (Google OAuth) returns 402. Almost all excess storage is in bucket greek-covers (~12 GB / ~47k images). Files already migrated to Cloudflare R2. We cannot delete via Storage API/UI while restricted. Do not want to upgrade to Pro.

What we need

1. Temporary unlock so we can empty/delete greek-covers via Storage API, or
2. Staff/community guidance on how Free users can recover when Storage is locked in a catch-22 (cannot delete while over quota).

We have not deleted rows from storage.objects via SQL (aware that orphans S3 data).

Any help appreciated — Auth/login is completely blocked for our app.

I think that if you have filed a support ticket then the best thing that you can do is to wait for them to get back to you but i would caution that for free it can take a while.
