Our project's REST API (/rest/v1/*) has been returning HTTP 503 errors consistently for over an hour, blocking our production application entirely.

• Region: sa-east-1
• Database status shows healthy, and Auth (/auth/v1) responds normally, but data queries on /rest/v1/ordenes, /rest/v1/sucursales, /rest/v1/profiles, /rest/v1/mensajes_chat consistently fail with 503.
• Support ticket already submitted (ticket id SU-480940), but I'm on the free plan so response isn't guaranteed there.

Is anyone else seeing this? This is affecting a production system used daily by a small company. Any guidance appreciated.
