Hello Supabase Support,

I’m unable to reset the password for my Supabase account because my email address is being marked as inactive.

Email address: mohamed.elhawary3595@gmail.com

The exact error is:

"Failed to send reset email: You tried to send to recipient(s) that have been marked as inactive. Found inactive addresses: mohamed.elhawary3595@gmail.com. Inactive recipients are ones that have generated a hard bounce, a spam complaint, or a manual suppression."

This is a newly created Gmail address, and I believe it may have been incorrectly added to the suppression list.

Could you please check the suppression status of this email address and help me reactivate/remove it from the suppression list so I can receive the password reset email?

This usually means you tried to use the email to soon after creating and it bounced.

You might try chatGPT with that login (not sure it will work if email is marked inactive or not as account may not have been set up).

Otherwise you need to contact support@supabase.com. This won't get resolved from Github.
