Project stuck in "Restoring" state after clicking restore data (ref: wradyrixzrovadbugzee)

Hi,

My project (ref: wradyrixzrovadbugzee, Pro plan) was stuck at stage stuck restoration

I clicked restore data then continue hitting the message for over 24 hours:
"- Restoration can take from a few minutes up to several hours depending on the size of your database. Your project will be offline while the restoration is running."

• I've already opened a support ticket: SU-480547 and receive the response from Liam Hogan "Thanks for letting us know. I will be forwarding this stuck restoration issue to the engineering team that can best assist you" but I wait for nearly 24 hours not sure when the project is back or when the issue is solved.

Could someone from the team or a moderator help to check when I can continue using the service.

You have already been helped by a person in support. User mods and even employees can't move things any faster when you are already in the specific group queue. You are in line with everyone ahead of you. I've never seen them estimate live time frames. Their target is 1 to 2 days from ticket on Pro, but it is longer coming out of weekend and there is no SLA.
