What happens

I can't sign in to the Supabase dashboard (supabase.com/dashboard) with my account email. Any flow that sends mail (magic link, sign-up, password reset) fails with:

Failed to sign up: You tried to send to recipient(s) that have been marked as inactive.
Found inactive addresses: <my email>.
Inactive recipients are ones that have generated a hard bounce, a spam complaint, or a manual suppression.

This is Postmark's 406 "inactive recipient" response, returned by Supabase's own transactional mailer, so there is nothing I can change on my side to clear it. The
mailbox is live and receiving mail normally, including Supabase's own support auto-replies.

What I've tried

• Magic link / sign-up: fails with the error above.
• [Password sign-in: fails / not set up on this account]
• [GitHub sign-in: not an option because my GitHub account uses a different email / is not linked]
• Emailed support and got ticket SU-486576.

What I need

Could someone on the Supabase team remove my address from the suppression list on the auth mailer (or re-enable the account), or tell me which channel handles this?
I'm locked out of a production project's dashboard and can't file a dashboard support ticket without signing in. The account email is on ticket SU-486576.
