There is no escalation for these. I've not seen that email link before but maybe you found it somewhere. abuse@supabase.com is the normal email for banned accounts. |

Description:
Our organization's websites and applications are currently offline due to a billing suspension, but we are unable to restore them because our account is locked with a "User is banned" message.
We received a payment failure notification for invoice MSEXWL-00002 ($229.52). We have successfully paid this invoice in full via the direct payment link provided in the automated billing email.
However, because the account status is strictly flagged as "banned," we cannot log into the dashboard to manually restore our paused projects. We emailed billing-support@supabase.com over two hours ago with our payment receipt attached but have not received a response. Our clients' production environments remain completely down, making this a critical business emergency.
Expected behavior
The account ban lifted immediately upon invoice settlement so we can access our dashboard and manually restore our paused PostgreSQL databases and Edge Functions.
Account & Organization Details
Organization Name: New All
Account Email: info@sankofaglobaltrading.com
Invoice Number: MSEXWL-00002
Agency: Doctor Barns Tech
Paid the outstanding $229.52 invoice via the direct billing link.

Escalating here as this is a critical production outage affecting multiple third-party client businesses.
Could a maintainer or community manager please flag our email for the on-call billing or support team to lift the ban? We are standing by to provide any further verification needed to get these sites back online.
