If it is still running then you are likely using the wrong method to log in. If it was created from Vercel you need to use their dashboard. Otherwise you need to find old emails from Supabase to determine the email associated with the project. If that does not help you find the method (email or proper github account) then use that email to create a chatGPT account and log in with that. |

Hi, I’m trying to recover access to an existing Supabase project.
Project ref: trhkgjfpyzgxgngslwmi
My production website and local environment still use:
https://trhkgjfpyzgxgngslwmi.supabase.co
However, when I open the project in the Supabase dashboard, I get:
“You do not have access to this project.”
I recently lost my browser/session data and I believe I’m now logged into a different/new Supabase identity than the one that originally owned the project.
Current account details:
I control the GitHub repository and the Vercel deployment that still references this Supabase project.
I already opened a support ticket: SU-499811
I have not created a replacement project because I want to preserve the existing database and storage.
What is the safest way to recover or transfer access to the original project?
I can provide proof of ownership privately if needed.
Please do not ask me to post any secret keys publicly.
