The future of Deno and Supabase

[rafrafek]

Hello,

Deno is joining Cloudflare:

https://deno.com/blog/cloudflare

We will support the Deno runtime for another year with monthly releases containing bug fixes and security updates. After that year we will end our development of the Deno runtime. Deno will remain open source, and we welcome others who want to continue its development.

Are there any plans to support it after the one year? Will Supabase fork Deno?

i hope so...

Hey 💚
We should post a public announcement about this topic soon 🙏 — I'll make sure to update you here

For now, I suggest adopting supabase/server with the export fetch pattern, as described in our quickstart guide.
Also is preferable to use deno.json imports instead of inline ones
