Account ownership recovery – Porto Seguro - DR / Calendário Testes

Hello Supabase Support Team,

I need assistance recovering administrative ownership of an existing Supabase organization and project.

Organization: Porto Seguro - DR
Organization ID: gmdcmhkmgmdqtcopzuqx
Project name: Calendário Testes
Project reference: okprxldpkogxizzykigm

I originally set up the project but can no longer identify which Supabase account was used to create or administer the organization.

The project is currently being used by our GCN-TI application, and the application's authentication is working. However, when I sign in to the Supabase Dashboard with the accounts I have available, the existing organization does not appear, and I am prompted to create a new organization.

I would like your assistance with:

Determining the appropriate way to verify ownership of the existing organization.

Recovering administrative or owner-level access.

Preserving the current database, authentication users, permissions, project configuration, and application integrations.

Advising whether an ownership recovery or transfer is possible if the original login cannot be recovered.

Please do not initiate any project deletion, migration, or configuration changes without my authorization.

I can provide additional information to verify my relationship with the project through an appropriate secure process.

You should look thru old emails from Supabase for the project. Try logging in with a chatGPT account with that email.
If project was created in Vercel/Bolt/Lovable there would be no Supabase.com dashboard.

The only way you are not in the correct account is if you have team members on the org as owner and they dropped you as owner.

support@supabase.com otherwise and expect a long wait. Better to find the real account.
