Ghost Supabase project stuck in UNKNOWN status — invisible in dashboard and cannot be deleted

Hello Supabase team,

I'm experiencing a project lifecycle issue that I cannot resolve through the dashboard.

Observed behavior

The project appears in the Management API project listing with status UNKNOWN, but it is not visible in the Supabase dashboard.

A direct request to retrieve the project details returns:

You do not have permission to perform this action

Another project in the same organization can be accessed successfully.

I suspect the initial provisioning process may have failed.

Impact

The project appears to count against my Free Plan project quota, preventing me from creating a replacement.

Expected resolution

Could someone from the Supabase team investigate whether this is an incomplete provisioning record or an authorization issue?

If the project cannot be restored, I would like it permanently deleted and the occupied project quota released.

I have already contacted Supabase Support under ticket SU-509499.
