Can we please get notified of when server updates will occur

Feedback from a developer in Australia.

This morning is the second time in two months that our production database has had a bug introduced by a database update that has caused our entire site to go offline. While annoying, as a developer I'm am understanding that bugs happen and you have been quick to address issues when they arrive.

What makes it hard for me is these breaking changes always happen at around 4am my time and there is no notification from the supabase team when you will be making these updates.

All the other cloud providers I have used in the past will notify me when they plan to migrate our database to a new version.
This is great because while it may be an inconvenient time for us outside the US at least I can prepare for it and be on call waiting to make sure the update applied and everything is working.

Another step up from this would be allowing us to create an update window that best suits our timezone. Although I understand that this is a lot harder to implement.

Anyway just some feedback from a sleepy developer after another early morning p0 "everything's on fire" issue.
