Translations for upcoming release

although I have not announced a UI feature freeze, yet. We are close to a new release and most UI strings are stable. Some languages have fallen behind in terms of translations coverage.

Hey! I provided the remaining translations for French. Also commented on one translation already made for "notch". I believe we should keep "notch" in French as well as it's what we usually call it in French.

Anyway, I'm trying to complete the translation, but it is stuck at 99% even though all file is translated.

I marked some fields as "Do no Translate", Crowdin hides them from the translations but does not account for them in the overall translation stats. A bit weird.
