v3.3.1 — Dark-mode contrast fix for SSH status banners

Bugfix: several SSH status banners set a background colour but no explicit text
colour, so in dark mode the text fell back to a dark default and was unreadable.

Fixed

Added text-<color>-900 dark:text-<color>-200 (matching the shared Callout component)
to:

  • the host deploy prerequisites banner and the stale-principals banner (plus the
    Mark pushed button),
  • the CA rotation notice,
  • the SSH landing "Setup complete" banner,
  • the issued user certificate banner.
