Sync Call of Cthulhu 7e investigators (#49)

* Sync Call of Cthulhu 7e investigators

Adds a CoC7 exporter for the server's v1 CoC7 contract, like pf2e's: the
shared hp and skills (keyed by item id, mod = the percentile target) plus a
body with characteristics, MP/SAN/Luck, MOV/Build/DB, weapons with how the
damage bonus applies, impale and ranged, credit and conditions. Values are
the prepared actor's final ones.

Investigators with no characteristics set are skipped. sync.mjs now picks
the exporter by game.system.id, and module.json lists CoC7 8.15.

* Restore the foundryvtt.com system ids #48 dropped

Before #48 the release script listed foundryvtt.com ids for blades-in-the-
dark (141), CoC7 (367), gurps (642) and fallout (1358) in comments; #48 kept
only dnd5e and pf2e. All six are back in FOUNDRY_SYSTEMS, titled as their
public package pages are. Only systems module.json declares are posted.

The title check now ignores case and spacing: the CoC7 page says "7th
edition" where its system.json says "7th Edition".

* List the supported systems in the README

The README is also the foundryvtt.com package description. It only covered
dnd5e: one version badge, and a dnd5e-only reason a character might not
sync. It now lists dnd5e, pf2e and Call of Cthulhu 7e, says what each needs
before it syncs, and has a version badge for each.
