v1.1 update for grid composer

• ableton live integration changes:

  • grid auto focus switching between MIDI generator and traditional grid Max for Live devices (gridlab, re:mix, etc)
    • detail: switches to selected grid when MIDI clip detail view is opened
    • hover (device): switches to selected grid when mouse hovers over grid composer's device view
    • hover (config): switches to selected grid when mouse hovers over 'grid config' settings popup window
  • improved handling of unquantized / off-grid notes
  • improved awareness of 'external' changes to MIDI clip, including:
    • manually drawing notes into the piano roll
    • recording / overdubbing notes into clip
    • undo/redo

• grid composer device view:

  • manual sharp/flat toggle button removed—auto-switching logic based on selected scale/key implemented

• clip navigation view:

  • column background highlighting for MIDI tracks
  • added indicators for actively playing clips
  • support for displaying/launching audio clips

• grid configuration settings:

  • drawing fps setting
  • follow mode for automatically switching clip pages based on transport playing position
