v1.2 update for grid composer

  • NEW: supports 256-sized monome grids (varibright editions such as 2012 walnut + zero)
  • NEW: 'display root notes' option in grid configuration menu highlights tone note rows on 256 grids
  • FIX: 'current note range' display in device view now clamps to valid MIDI note ranges (C-2 - G8)
