better and more e2e tests

This probably requires a -q option for things like hydra token validate $(hydra token client -q). Plus it would be nice to get this working cross-plattform, so bash isn't really an option. Maybe a simple Go task runner?

This is a list of things that could be tested real e2e:

• hydra token validate $(hydra token client -q)
• hydra token validate $(hydra token user -q)

This is a list of things that could be tested in root_test.go:

• hydra clients import file.json
