oauth2: provide CWT token generation

Hello,

Is it possible to add (via PR or already planned) CWT CBOR Web Token, used for IoT Platform. It could be requested via a scope in the authorization code request "scope=openid%20embedded" or something like that.

Main advantages, the token size, and a ligthweight unpacking process for low power devices.
