Unable to add custom domain.

Describe the bug

I get error, "Could not add your domain - please get in touch if the error persists." while trying to add a custom domain. I signed up roughly an hour ago and the status page shows all systems operational.

Also the landing for the Verify your email address link's text is wrong... IIRC it was asking for my email not code.

Reproducing the bug

1. Click custom domains.
2. Add domain.
3. Wait.
