v0.3.0 — Load & Import past brain dumps

Highlights

Per-row Load and Import actions in the Brain Dump History dialog.

Each past-dump row now has two pill-styled circular icon buttons on its trailing edge:

• Load (restore) — restore that dump as the active session (Sort view). Clicking the row body still loads, as before.
• Import (playlist_add) — append that dump's tasks into your current session (copy-only, fresh ids, quadrants preserved, done reset) → Tasks view.

Keyboard (inside the dialog)

• ↑ / ↓ — highlight previous / next dump
• Enter — load the highlighted dump
• Shift+Enter — import the highlighted dump's tasks

Self-import and empty-dump imports are guarded with informational toasts. Full English + Arabic (RTL) localization and a new help-panel shortcut group.

Notes

• Minor release: 0.2.4 → 0.3.0.
• Verified via npm run build (tsc strict + Vite) and live browser-preview testing of every path.
