Fully implemented Filing class

This release finishes the implementation of the Filing class and adds testing for it. It also renames the validators to type guards, the terminology used in the official Typescript documentation.

Added cik lookup function

This version has a cleaner project structure, overloads for the frames function, and adds a cik lookup function. It also adds more exports to the index.ts file.

First Production Release

Added more test cases to ensure the correctness of Driver functions. The validating functions now enforce the interfaces more strictly when parsing fetched data. The driver also has a cache for recent requests
