Summary

  • adds Social Mapping as a pinned submodule and Compose service
  • routes /map/* through nginx with readiness and durable cache storage
  • extends dataset imports with paired coordinates, accuracy, source, and additive migration
  • adds radius-filtered GeoJSON search with provenance and associated phone metadata
  • pins the merged native whoisit Map workspace
  • adds synthetic London, Arlington, and Portland data plus a credential-free end-to-end check
  • updates platform and dataset documentation

Local verification

  • 14 platform tests pass
  • Compose YAML structure parses with all six services and both persistent volumes
  • Python scripts compile and all three synthetic rows parse

Docker is not installed on the development machine, so hosted CI owns the full Compose build, configuration validation, and London end-to-end stack test.
