WAM-V_mbzirc

Ported the WAM-V model from VRX. The USV is static right now as we still need to add plugins.

to spawn the usv:

ros2 launch mbzirc_ign spawn.launch.py name:=usv world:=simple_demo model:=wam-v type:=usv x:=20 y:=0 z:=-1.0 R:=0 P:=0 Y:=0

After the review, I think we can just upload the model onto Fuel for anyone to use.

Works for me but the engine.dae and propeller.dae are missing.
