Adds:

  • 2 ros_ign bridges for bridging dynamic and static pose data.
  • a pose_tf_broadcaster that subscribes to the TF2 messages and broadcast them using the [Static]TransformBroadcaster

Updated README.md to show how to view the TF frames. You should see something like this for x4:

I see this CMake warning:

--- stderr: mbzirc_ros                              
CMake Warning:
  Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:

    CATKIN_INSTALL_INTO_PREFIX_ROOT

Other than this, it works for me.

CMake warning should be fixed in 28d8f7e
