- replace minio with rustfs (minio is unmaintained) - set cgroup host to avoid needing to change the default at the system level - use `docker compose` instead of `docker-compose` - run the scheduler with user 0 so config.yml perms are not a problem Signed-off-by: Caleb Brown <calebbrown@google.com>
