PhotoCull 0.3.0

First public release of PhotoCull. Full install instructions and system
requirements: photocull.infrarg.com.

Before you download

The macOS build is ad-hoc signed, not signed with a paid Apple Developer ID —
macOS will warn that it's from an unidentified developer. This is expected; the
download page explains why and how to verify the file with its SHA-256 hash before
you install.

What's new since 0.2.0

Same feature set as 0.2.0, bumped for a clean version number to publish under:
advanced culling filters and one-click presets, a Matches view that flattens a
shoot into one ranked list, a crop-aware Loupe (zoom/pan and face overlay now
respect a saved crop), plus the Phase 3 baseline — scene grouping, local offline
scoring, and XMP sidecar export for Lightroom / Capture One.
