Release list
Ostgate 0.0.3
Ostgate 0.0.2
Ostgate 0.0.2: SSH, RDP, SFTP and TCP tunnels to Google Compute Engine VMs through Identity-Aware Proxy, as a native macOS app.
Requirements: macOS 26.3 or later, Apple Silicon. No gcloud.
Trial: 7 days free, no sign-up; then a license key for two Macs: $79 a year or $9 a month for individuals, $129 per user a year for companies
(pricing).
What's new
- Accounts in a rail on the left, each with a badge for its open problems;
⌥⌘1…9switches between them. - Session bar on SSH and Remote Desktop tabs: status, account,
user@vm, address, route and Disconnect. - Folder transfers: upload and download whole folders; folders and many small files travel packed with
tar, so 5,000 small files take seconds. - Tunnels ride out relay drops, Wi-Fi outages and sleep, and New Tunnel… can pick the VM's network interface.
- Refused connections name the program a tunnel turned away, with Change Access….
- Settings in tabs, Manage Subscription… and Enter New Key… in License.
Plus fixes, security hardening and polish throughout. Full notes: CHANGELOG.md ·
