[Bug] Face.DAT replacement of earlier files can corrupt later files if the later index has been calculated previously.

The index of a filesystem can go stale.

**The bug was allowed by something:**
Any indexed filesystem should be allowed to detect when changes happen in order to invalidate the index whenever the underlying file changes. #5
