Fixed /otta:dev dispatching builder/reviewer/qa/devops subagents via the Task tool with no explicit name, so background-agent completion notifications showed an opaque hash ("Teammate @acca6adc... finished") instead of which stage finished. Each dispatch now names itself (otta-builder-#N, otta-reviewer-#N, otta-qa-#N, otta-devops-#N). (plugin#75)
