Minor Changes

• c039c0f: Time: signature changes along a song. barsOf(tempo, changes, until) lays out the bars from 0 through the changes, each with its number, start, length and signature, and marks a bar a change cuts short as partial; barsBeatsWith(seconds, tempo, changes) counts bars, beats and sixteenths through them; isSignature says whether a signature is one a bar can have (1 to 99 beats of a whole, half, quarter, eighth or sixteenth note). Exports the Bar and SignatureChange types.
• 8e26eb0: Timeline: Delete or Backspace on a Timeline.ClipFadeHandle takes its fade away, and nothing else hears the key. While a fade is dragged, the clip says which with data-fading ("in" or "out"), and it always sets --clip-fade-in-max and --clip-fade-out-max, how long each fade can grow, so the limit can be drawn. The core clip snapshot gains dragTarget, what a pointer is dragging.
• 92d62f5: Time: warp markers, which pin a time in a recording to a time on the clip it plays in. warpedTime and unwarpedTime map a time either way, the recording stretched evenly between two markers and keeping the speed of the stretch next to them past the ends; warpRate is how fast the recording plays at a time on the clip (by speed alone, also how far its pitch moves). addWarpMarker, moveWarpMarker (stretching both sides, short of its neighbours), removeWarpMarker (two stay) and scaleWarp edit a map, and warpMarkers keeps the markers that make one. Exports the WarpMarker type.
