Fixes & polish

• License card (Pro state) redesigned in a cleaner, Eagle-inspired layout: activation pill, short headline, lifetime note, and a quiet deactivation action with a confirmation dialog. Duplicate "Active"/"Early Bird" badges fixed.
• The license key is hidden again; a small eye icon reveals it on demand.
• Settings heading row: brand logo, tagline instead of the version number, and a language dropdown moved to the right side. Fixed duplicated title rendering and horizontal scrolling on narrow panels.
• Quick Start now closes the settings pane before opening the sidebar, and its copy was refreshed across all 11 languages.
• Full Reindex description updated to match the actual behavior (clears the index — only needed after changing the embedding model or chunk size).
• Activate/Deactivate show a spinner while the request is in flight (up to ~24 s across retries) instead of appearing frozen.
• The settings language switcher now also refreshes the input hint and drag-overlay texts.
