OutageDeck's dependency-outage triage skill is now portable beyond the bundled Codex and Claude Code plugins.
- Adds an anonymous REST fallback for current provider status and incident evidence when the MCP server is not installed.
- Publishes a one-command, Snyk-audited listing on skills.sh for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other compatible agents.
- Keeps historical uptime and cross-vendor reporting on the richer MCP path and explicitly discloses that limit.
- Passes OpenAI skill/plugin validation, Claude Code strict validation, live 14-tool MCP discovery, public CI, and clean Git-backed installs in both Codex and Claude Code.
