Learn about vigilant mode.
  • Run without GitHub. outerloop init --forge local keeps the repository, its
    pull requests, review threads and the kernel's issues in a git repository on the
    machine. outerloop pr lists, reads, comments on and merges them.
  • Siblings show their research. The siblings view shows each parallel run's
    hypothesis, its recent experiments with their stated reasons and results, and the
    score from the kernel's own measurement, plus the target's latest endings.
  • Choose which agent slots a target uses with a slots list in limits.toml.
  • Local GPUs follow CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES.
  • Session records carry the Claude Code version, so resumed sessions are priced once.

Upgrading: no operator action needed. Before rolling back, remove slots keys from
limits.toml. Full list in the changelog.
