Boosted Picture Quality + Performance Improvements

The new Rendepth Reshade 2.0.0 update includes increased visual fidelity with a texture sampler pattern tweak. Most noticeable for stereo 3D displays that utilize the side-by-side format, it can restore some of the picture quality loss from combining both eyes into one image. Also includes some minor performance improvements, and cleaned up code. Combined with the significant stereo artifact fix from the previous patch, this release is considered 2.0.0.
