DSH Statusline Plus v0.1.1

Fixes the public source checkout by including its bundle patch. The original v0.1.0 tarball was complete; use v0.1.1 for source-tag installs.

First public release of DSH Statusline Plus.

• Git state, context usage, native tool activity and streaming speed.
• Public API reference costs with Input/Cache/Output token counts, amounts and shares.
• Compact Subagents panel with model, reasoning effort and finished/total progress.

Install the attached prebuilt package:

Validated on DSH 0.2.0-rc.2. Declared compatibility: >=0.2.0-rc.2 <0.3.0-0.
Restart only when no sessions are active, then refresh the browser.

API reference amounts are estimates at the underlying model vendor's public rates, independent of subscription billing. Account credentials remain on the Host. Screenshots use illustrative data.
