• ElastiCache / RDS / Lambda — Docker-backed RDS and ElastiCache endpoints now register their advertised synthetic hostnames as Docker DNS aliases on the Lambda network, so Lambda execution containers can resolve cache/database endpoint hostnames returned by CloudFormation.
