feat: support Python 3.15 and its free-threaded build, with wheels for both.
breaking: Python 3.7, the free-threaded build of 3.13 (3.13t) and PyPy 3.9/3.10 are no longer supported: the 3.7 drop was announced in 0.4.0, and PyO3 0.29 requires CPython 3.8+, free-threaded 3.14t+ and PyPy 3.11+. requires-python is now >=3.8 and no wheels are built for those interpreters.
feat: wheels are built for every supported interpreter each platform has; Windows on ARM64 is new.
chore: upgrade PyO3 from 0.26 to 0.29.2 and refresh the Rust dependency lock file.
note: the TypeError raised for an invalid initial no longer carries the argument 'initial': prefix, following PyO3's new error reporting; on Python 3.11 and newer the exception carries a note naming the argument instead. The exception type is unchanged.
deprecation: this is the last release series to support Python 3.8, which the next PyO3 release drops; fastcrc will follow when it upgrades.
