Two one-click app templates that could never work under this panel's own security policy, withdrawn

A user reported Dozzle crash-looping with Could not connect to any Docker Engine on every
deploy (#125). Root cause: Dozzle needs the host Docker socket for its entire purpose, and
deploy_app deliberately never mounts it — a prior decision, already recorded in source,
because it's a full host-escape vector regardless of who is allowed to trigger the deploy.
Checking found Portainer has the identical defect: its web UI starts and serves a login page
fine with no socket, then every real feature behind it silently fails, which is why the
weekly Template Census's start/respond check never caught it the way Dozzle's crash-loop did.
The same policy is enforced independently at the Compose-stack level too — both the backend's
YAML validation and the agent's resolved-path check block a socket mount there as well, plus
host-root and a few other sensitive paths — so there is no supported way to run a
Docker-socket-dependent tool through DockPanel at all. Both templates are withdrawn from the
catalogue (148 → 146) rather than left broken, or granted an escape hatch that would reverse a
deliberate security decision.

Install: curl -sL dockpanel.dev/install.sh | bash

Every release is installed on a throwaway VPS and driven as a user before
it ships. What that means, and what it has found, is written up at
https://docs.dockpanel.dev/testing.html.

Binaries are static musl builds signed with Sigstore; checksums.txt
and the .sig/.pem pairs are attached below.
