Fixed — Dashboard: Updates tile not clickable, Active Issues width, dot/text misalignment

Three cosmetic/UX reports against the Dashboard, all in Dashboard.tsx:

  • The Updates stat tile was a plain <div> while its siblings (Docker,
    Health, Alerts, SSL, Incidents, Backups) were all <Link>s. It now links to
    /updates, with the same warn-tint-when-actionable treatment as Alerts/
    Incidents/Backups.
  • Active Issues read narrower than Recent Activity or
    Recommendations whenever the adjacent SSL Certificates panel had
    nothing to show: both panels shared a grid-cols-2 row, and CSS grid does
    not stretch a lone child to fill an empty second column. The row now spans
    a solo panel across both columns (lg:col-span-2) when only one of the two
    has content, and keeps the existing side-by-side layout when both do.
  • The severity dots in Active Issues and Recommendations sat visibly
    below their text's optical center (mt-1.5 on an 8px dot against
    text-xs leading-tight, measured via a headless-browser harness against
    the actual compiled Tailwind output: dot center 4px below the first
    line's center in both places). Changed to mt-0.5, verified to land the
    two centers exactly on top of each other.

tests/carry-sweep-pin-e2e.sh's H6 (the SSL-countdown-must-not-ride-the-
Active-Issues-switch pin) and tests/client-role-honesty-pin-e2e.sh's A6
(the Updates-cell-must-stay-admin-gated pin) both updated to match: H6 split
into H6a/H6b to verify the new single-source-of-truth showSsl shape (a
strictly stronger guarantee — the old duplicated-literal shape could drift
between its two copies, this one cannot by construction), and A6's
proximity threshold widened from 260 to 300 chars to admit the Link's
legitimately longer conditional className while staying far tighter than
neighboring thresholds. Both re-verified via full revert and targeted decoy
mutation.
