⚠️ Breaking changes

Public Cloud file storage shares moved to API v2 (#278)

cloud storage file share now calls /publicCloud/project/{projectId}/storage/file/share instead of /cloud/project/{serviceName}/region/{regionName}/share.

Flag changes on cloud storage file share create:

• --network-id and --subnet-id are removed. Use --share-network-id instead, with an ID from cloud storage file network create.
• --type is renamed to --share-type, and now defaults to STANDARD_1AZ.
• --protocol is added, and defaults to NFS.
• --snapshot-id is removed. Creating a share from a snapshot is no longer possible.

Other changes:

• cloud storage file share list fetches the whole project in one call instead of querying every region. --region has no effect on it anymore.
• JSON and YAML output of list and get follows the v2 format: fields moved under currentState and targetSpec, status is now resourceStatus, networkId and subnetId are replaced by shareNetwork.id, and isPublic is gone.

File storage share ACLs moved to API v2 (#279)

• cloud storage file share acl create --access-level takes READ_ONLY and READ_WRITE. ro and rw no longer work.
• --access-level and --access-to are now both required.
• acl list no longer prints the accessType column.
• JSON and YAML output follows the v2 format: accessLevel and accessTo moved under currentState, status is now resourceStatus.

• cloud storage file network list|get|create|delete: manage the share networks that file storage shares are attached to (#278)
• cloud storage file share edit supports --wait: waits for the share to be ready again after the update (#278)

• Reworded the baremetal reinstallation wizard messages that read like word-for-word French translations (#280)
• Removed 17 stale documentation pages for the long-gone cloud storage-file command (#285)
