- Replace U+00A0 (non-breaking space) before colons with regular spaces in
FR byoi + byol + mail-sending. NBSP-before-colon is not a new-docs
convention (0/1713 develop FR guides use it).
- Drop leading articles ("Le", "La", "L'") from the FR Deployment options
table in byoi and byol to match the EN column-2 style (no articles).
